It hosts dc-brush/brushless plus steppper motors, and communicates via a 16-bit parallel bus, CANbus, or serial port. Other features include S-curve, trapezoidal, and velocity contouring, electronic gearing, and user-generated profile modes. The card is programmable via C or C++. Users can send on-the-fly changes, and PLC-style, external-signal I/O breakpoints can be used to program automatic profile changes.
