Claiming to deliver precision position control for factory automation operations, the Model RA54-18-000A rotary voice-coil actuator is rated at 113 oz.-in. continuous stall torque with a 300 oz.in., 10s peak torque capability. The component moves through a limited angle of operation and has a rated stroke maximum of 7.5û of arc. Torque sensitivity is 105 ±10 oz.-in./A. Weighing 20 oz. and measuring 2.4" x 3.6" x 1.19", the actuator has a linear, bi-directional control characteristic, is cog and hysteresis free, and has no inherent preferred position.
