Expanding the AlphaStep line of stepping-motor systems, the AS69 and AS911 offer higher torque values then existing models. The 2.36" x 2.36" x 3.72" AS69 produces a 276 oz.-in. maximum holding torque and a continuous torque of about 136 oz.-in. at 2,200 rpm/221W output. The larger 3.35" x 3.35" x 4.33" AS911 has a maximum holding torque of 552 oz.-in. and a continuous torque of 276 oz.-in. at 1,500 rpm/306W output. The AS69 is also available with an electromagnetic brake that provides 141.6 oz.-in. of static friction torque.Drivers are available with input powers of single-phase 115 and 230 Vac at 60 Hz. Measuring 5.91" x 4.72" x 1.77", the driver responds to external pulse and direction commands. Protection functions include overheating, overload, over voltage, speed error, over current, and over-speed signals. A velocity-filter adjustment is also provided.
