Exploiting the latest in thick-film technology, the TEH series resistor sets up shop in a versatile TO-247 package capable of dissipating up to 70W of power. The resistor's heat-sinkable design is said to make it an ideal candidate for applications requiring non-inductive performance. It is available in a wide range of resistance values from 2Ω to 10 kΩ. Target applications include power-supply conversion, lighting ballast, and motor-drive related products. The component's RoHS-compliant TO-247 package features a middle terminal that can be used to ground the heat sink. Pricing ranges from $6.78 to $7.12 each/100.
