With international certifications from UL, CSA, C-UL, VDE, SEMKO, and SEV, the P series of toggle and rocker switches is designed to handle industrial/commercial, instrumentation and medical applications. Circuits can be specified in single- or double-pole and in two or three positions. The series is rated at 10A at 125V or 6A at 250 Vac. The motor load rating is 400W at 125 Vac. The lamp load is 2A at 125 Vac for an On-Off-On circuit and 3A at 125 Vac for all other circuits. Silver alloy contacts resist arcing and guarantee stable electrical contact and long life. The toggle versions are rated at 100,000 operations minimum, while the rockers are rated at 50,000. Both have an electrical life of 25,000 operations minimum. The P series frames are stainless steel to resist corrosion and increase environmental safety. The frame is clinched to the case well above the base and terminals to provide a 4000-V dielectric strength. The case and base meet the UL94V-0 rating for flammability. The toggles are available with 6- or 12-mm bushings. Rocker and paddle switches are available in many colors and in two sizes to fit large or small frame options. NKK SWITCHES, Scottsdale, AZ.
