Available with 400V, 600V and 800V ratings, TG series of 25A and 35A triacs are packaged in an isolated TO-3 package with isolation up to 2500Vrms and with fast-on terminals. The TG-F versions have high surge current capability and low on-state voltage. The devices are designed for use in ac control applications, such as heating and lighting controls, solid-state relays and motor controls. The TG-Fs are direct replacements for MAC625 and MAC635 types.
