ADSL Reference Design Aids Rapid Deployment (2)

A reference design kit for the rapid development of asynchronous digital subscriber line (ADSL) customer premise equipment (CPE) has been jointly developed by Advanced Micro Devices and Virata. The kit has everything an OEM needs to quickly produce CPE equipment, such as modems, routers and gateways. AMD contributes its Intelligent Access ADSL chipset, while Virata adds its Helium chip and software. Included in the kit are schematics, detailed hardware and software design descriptions, and object or source code. The kit will be available for both Ethernet and USB applications. See "ADSL Reference Design Aids Rapid Deployment (1)".
