TimeSys' subscription service, LinuxLink, delivers a custom, royalty free Linux platform and toolset for a range of embedded platforms. It is available for a range of target platforms including those from Freescale, MIPS and ARM. The latest is Atmel's AT91SAM9260 microcontroller. The package comes with Eclipse IDE (integrated development environment) and the C/C++ CDT plug-in. The IDE supports a range of hosts including Windows and Linux. It also includes testing, debugging and profiling tools. A one year subscription starts at $3000. The package with development tools is priced at $5000. TimeSys realtime Linux extensions are priced at $5000.
