The LTC1666 and LTC1667 digital-to-analog converters (DACs) offer an unmatched combination of ac performance (76-dB minimum and 78-dB minimum SFDR) and dc accuracy (±1-LSB maximum DNL) at 50 Msamples/s. Due to their low glitch of 5 pV-s and fast settling of 20 ns to 1%, the DACs function well for precision-control applications such as optical positioning and e-beam deflection.

Both devices draw only 180 mW (typ) from ±5-V supplies. The LTC1666 and LTC1667 are compatible with 3.3- and 5-V logic levels. The differential-current outputs improve noise rejection and distortion. The devices are available in the 28-pin SSOP package over both the commercial and industrial temperature ranges.

Pricing for the LTC1666 starts at $8.05 each. Pricing for the LTC1667 starts at $10.80 each. All pricing is for 1000-unit quantities.
