The TB32301M 2.4-GHz, IS RF transceiver module can be used as either an embedded reference design for the TB32301AFL radio transceiver or as a ready-to-use RF transceiver. Touting extensive hardware features, the module's on-chip voltage controlled oscillator accepts a frequency range from 4 MHz to 20 MHz for 1 MHz channel spacing. Other features include a sensitivity performance of -88 dBm 10-3BER, auto-tune circuitry, digital baseband interface, power consumption of 37 mA (Rx) and 48 mA (Tx), output power of –9 dBm to 2 dBm, data rate of 1 Mb/s, and an operating voltage range from 4V to 12V.
