Microwave Power Amps Span 10 MHz to 40 GHz

Feb. 22, 2011
The GT-1020A and GT-1040A instrument-grade broadband microwave power amplifiers cover bandwidths of 100 MHz to 20 GHz and 10 MHz to 40 GHz, respectively.

The GT-1020A and GT-1040A instrument-grade broadband microwave power amplifiers cover bandwidths of 100 MHz to 20 GHz and 10 MHz to 40 GHz, respectively. They exhibit a flat frequency response, noise figures of less than 6 dB, and low harmonics.  They deliver 0.05W (+27 dBm) at 20 GHz and 0.25W (+24 dBm) at 40 GHz with greater than 25 dB gain and the less than 6 dB noise figure. Gain flatness is typically ±2.5 dB over the full frequency range. GIGA-TRONICS INC., San Ramon, CA. (925) 328-4650.
