Next Generation SBC Extends Processing And Peripheral Options

The RE3 embedded single board computer from Blue Chip is a powerful ARM Cortex-based solution that provides dual display, an advanced graphics engine, rapid computation, and peripheral support such as CAN and Mini PC-Express. The SBC is a new generation of small footprint (100 x 70 mm), fan-less embedded computer, and is available as a Cortex A9 Single Core, Dual Core and Quad Core, offering PC level performance in a small space, with low power. The computer has been designed to enable broad Internet connectivity such as GSM/GPRS, WiFi, Bluetooth, CAN and GPS, along with camera and video capabilities. Building on the previous RE1 and RE2, the RE3 further extends the range of processing and peripheral options. It is anticipated that the RE3 dual display SBC will enable innovation in automotive, medical, digital signage, industrial control and similar sectors that require a 24/7 mission critical performance.
