Automating all aspects of software development for the ARM processor family, the MULTI software development environment features a source-level debugger, graphical program builder, text editor, version-control system, graphical browser, performance profiler, and runtime error checker. Processors supported include the ARM7, ARM7TDMI, ARM7500FE, and StrongARM.Also included in the package is an instruction set simulator, which runs on a host PC or workstation and allows programmers to develop and test code without need for the target hardware. The programmer, editor and debugger are tightly integrated for quick, convenient single- and double-click transfers between debug mode and full source editing.
