Designed to automate the testing process of HypotULTRA II or QUADCHECK II instruments, as well as LineCHEK Model 520L line leakage tester is AutoWare 9000, a graphical Windows package for electrical compliance testing. By interconnecting any of these two instruments, users can automatically perform any or all of the following tests: ground bond (continuity), ac and dc hipot, insulation resistance, and line leakage tests. The software, which features an "Auto-Configurator" for line leakage tests, can automate production lines or labs and can capture, store and analyze test data in real time. Data may be exported from the software into any Windows software program. A complete statistical analysis system is also included to evaluate the most common types of pass and failure conditions during testing.
