SWIR Line-Scan Camera Takes On Varied Apps

Poised for machine-vision and solar applications, the SU1024LDM line-scan camera features 1,024-pixel imaging in the shortwave infrared (SWIR) arena.  Its square pixels make it viable for use on continuous-process lines that apply transparent coatings visible in the SWIR spectral region. Other features include a 14-bit base Camera Link interface, flexible triggering, line rates up to 46,000 per second, high quantum efficiency, wide dynamic range, integrate-while-read acquisition, and an operating temperature range from -10°C to +50°C. Measuring 76 mm x 74 mm x 61 mm, the camera provides mounting points on four of its six sides. An optional 50 mm f/1.4 lens designed specifically for the SWIR is available.
