A set of MATLAB tools and add-on products for interfacing with industry-standard data acquisition devices and instruments and for analyzing the acquired data is offered in this new Test & Measurement Suite. Supported interfaces include GPIB, VXI and serial port standards as well as communication with popular data acquisition hardware. A key component is MATLAB 6, which combines hundreds of advanced analysis functions, such as signal analysis, linear algebra, and basic statistics, with practical engineering and scientific graphics
Engineers can collect data using the tools and bring the data directly into MATLAB for fast and accurate analysis.The suite is designed to support the entire measurement and analysis process, including interfacing with data acquisition devices and instruments, analyzing and visualizing the acquired data, and producing presentation-quality output.
