VME Module Digitizes Analog Signals

June 10, 2010
The V490 analog signal digitizer features sixteen channels with differential input ranges from 10 mV to 40V with a 16-bit resolution and 500-kHz sampling rate.

Debuting as the latest in a series of high-precision VME data acquisition modules, the V490 analog signal digitizer features sixteen channels with differential input ranges from 10 mV to 40V with a 16-bit resolution and 500-kHz sampling rate. Each channel includes programmable digital filtering and both real-time and FIFO buffered data. Channel inputs are switchable to a separate test connector for in-system calibration verification without disconnecting field wiring. Built-in-self-test is also available.
