Smart Energy IC Goes Lean And Low

Described as the industry's smallest and lowest power smart energy device, the SyNode SN3020 integrates a ZigBee SoC transceiver, power amplifier, and low-noise amplifier. The chip delivers an output power of +20 dBm and a receiver sensitivity of -103 dBm.
