Pigeon Point Systems, an Actel company, released its AdvancedTCA (ATCA) IPM Controller (IPMC) and ATCA/AdvancedMC (AMC) Carrier IPMC Board Management Reference (BMR) Starter Kits, which are based on Actel’s SmartFusion intelligent mixed signal FPGA (see “FPGA Combines Hard Core Cortex-M3 And Analog Peripherals”).
