This smooth, silver-filled adhesive paste passes cytotoxicity tests using the MEM elution method per ISO 10993-5, qualifying the material for use in medical devices requiring electrical conductivity and biocompatibility. The paste is easy to apply and can be cured at room temperature to reportedly give excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. For faster processing times, the adhesive can be rapidly cured at higher temperatures.
Tra-Duct 2902 adhesive develops strong bonds between many materials, including metals, ceramics, glass and several plastics. And it also complies with NASA outgassing requirements. Tra-Duct 2902 comes in cartridges, syringes and other packages. Free samples are available.
