Offering fast processing for medical device assembly, TRA-BOND 723C01 is a one-component biocompatible adhesive that can be cured as quickly as 10 minutes at high temperature. The adhesive can cure in 1 hour at 80ºC for temperature sensitive applications. The material exhibits low toxicity and is well-suited to various medical applications. This rigid epoxy formulation bonds well to most metals, glass and various plastics. The viscosity is typically 11,000 centipoise over a temperature range of -40ºC to 105ºC. Call for free samples.
