Tailored to a wide variety of industries, the VHD series anti-backlash assembly reportedly eradicates the drag and wear associated with high pre-load forces. The component provides the maximum load-carrying capability and the highest axial and radial stiffness when compared to the company's other nut assemblies. Employing a self-lubricating design, it also resists environmental contaminants and contributes little in the way of noise. The assembly is fabricated with 303 stainless steel and is available with leads from 1.7 mm to 92 mm and lengths up to 4m. Options include and extended-life TFE coating. Assemblies are available cut to length or with screws machined to user-specific requirements. KERK MOTION PRODUCTS INC., Hollis, NH.
