Featuring custom length pins in straight and right-angle configurations, this versatile line of break-to-length flat headers provides assembly flexibility and reduced inventories. Mas-Con flat headers mate with a variety of other 0.100" pitch connectors, as well as with the company's standard Mas-Con IDC sockets. The headers feature custom pin sizes in mating lengths of from 0.105" to 0.685" and tail lengths of 0.120" to 0.140". The rugged header wafer can be easily broken to fit as needed. Headers are provided to match any requirement up to 36 circuits with standard 0.100" spacing between circuits. Fabricated with copper alloy pins plated in a choice of tin or gold over nickel, Mas-Con flat headers carry an electrical current rating of 4.0A maximum per pin with 5,000 M? insulation resistance. Operating temperature range is -67°F to 221°F. For more details, contact Tom Gerringer at ITW PANCON, Bolingbrook, IL. (888) 515-2100.
