The EP77M-F adhesive, a two-component, silver-filled conductive epoxy, exhibits a low volume resistance of 10-3 Ω-cm and will set up in 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature. Full cure usually takes 8 to 12 hours at room temperatures and conductivity is first detectable within 30 to 60 minutes. The adhesive is said to have reliable bonding strength for both similar and dissimilar substrates, creating bonds that are resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals including water, oil, and most organic solvents. Service operating temperature range is from 4°K to +125°C. Additionally, EP77M-F has a 1:1 mix ratio, by weight or volume, and it can be applied with minimal sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents, exhibits low outgassing properties, and is available in glass jars, metal containers, and syringes.
