The MRSI-175 Ag Conductive Epoxy Dispenser can be configured with one stamp head to repeatedly stamp dots as small as 0.005 in. The system uses a micrometer-adjustable wiper blade and a rotating well to ensure that a consistent volume of epoxy is transferred to the stamping tool. A second dispense head can dispense individual dots, lines and areas in a production capacity by using a positive displacement pump.
