Tooled for high-voltage systems with operating voltages beyond 50V, the SBS 50 connector ensures user safety via a finger-proof design. The connector’s two-pole housing isolates live contacts as per UL 1977 and UL 60950 regulations. Also with an eye on users, it sports a slim, contoured ergonomic design that allows for easy connecting and disconnecting. Other features include the company’s flat wipe contact technology, said to make hot plugging and unplugging easy and safe while using minimal real estate, and keyed housings to prevent accidental mating of components operating at different voltage levels. Molded side grooves accommodate mounting on panels measuring from 0.048" to 0.062" thick. Anderson Power Products, Sterling, MA. (978) 422-3600.
