The firm's tests indicate that SolderPlus paste solder can double productivity and reduce solder usage by up to 80% in high-volume soldering operations. Other advantages when compared with flux-core wire reportedly include faster applications, more consistent deposit size, and better wetting ability. The kit contains five 35-gram syringes of SolderPlus, a reusable hand dispenser, assorted dispensing tips, and a guide to solder selection. The smooth, homogenized paste can be applied with air-powered dispensing equipment and is easily reflowed with irons, hot air, ovens, and other standard heating methods.
