Using a high-speed milling center, the company can customize front panels to meet users' exact specifications. The panels can be produced with special cutouts for connectors, specialized switches, and any other type of port that may be required. Featuring continuous elastomeric construction, the panel's conductive-foam gasketing is applied along the edges rather than the more common method of employing metal teeth. This design, it is claimed, provides excellent EMI shielding while eliminating the problems of snagging, breakage and scratching of adjacent metal surfaces. The panels are offered in a variety of widths.
