Carrying UL, cUL, CE, VDE, and IMQ approvals, the CTB93xx plug-in PCB terminal blocks are available in pitches of 3.5, 3.81, 5, 5.08, 7.5, and 7.62 mm and employ high-quality rising clamp wire connections with captured fixing screws and guided pin alignment. Offered as separate male and female connectors, both can mount vertically or at 90°. The blocks are molded in green UL94 V-0 flame retardant PA66 and come in lengths of 1 pole to a maximum of 24 poles depending upon the pitch. The connectors consist of individual blocks or a series of interlocking blocks. The female connectors are available with vertical or 90° cable entries and the male connectors with vertical or 90° PCB pins. They are also available with open or closed ends. Specifications include support for 17 AWG to 14 AWG wire sizes, ratings from 9A/130V to 12A/750V, dielectric strengths from 1.25 kV/60s to 3 kV/60s, an insulation resistance of 5 MΩ, and a working temperature range from -20°C to +125°C.
