The company’s popular line of poke-in connectors now includes a micro poke-in wire SSL connector. It debuts as a low-profile PCB connector specifically for LED channel lettering lighting strips, general illumination LED fixtures, and more. The component offers a simple poke-in termination method and measures 8.2 mm x 3.3 mm x 2.475 mm, about less than one-third the height/length of the company’s standard SMT poke-in products. For termination, users just strip a wire and poke it into the connector. A viewing window verifies proper termination. TYCO ELECTRONICS, Harrisburg, PA. (800) 522-6752.
