Employing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, the Optimum line of dispensing products sets the bar for fluid dispensing and filling processes to a higher level of reliability by ensuring that the same amount of material is dispensed on every part, every time. The product line consists of a wide range of components. These include syringe barrels with CFD-enhanced geometries that reportedly eliminate any opportunity for dead spots, pistons that channel fluid during the filling process to eliminate air entrapment, and adapters, end caps, and tip caps. Adapters install easily and include a safety feature that eliminates the chance of accidental blow off. The end caps feature a unique pushbutton for error-free attachment and an airtight seal; the tip caps employ a special venting feature to ensure that no air is pushed into the fluid during the installation process.
