A QFN socket supporting 0.4-mm pitch devices, the SBT-QFN-4008 operates in temperatures from -55°C to +155°C. Its contactor is a stamped spring pin with a 34g actuation force per pin and cycle life of 100,000 insertions. Self inductance of the contactor is 1 nH, insertion loss is less than 1 dB at 7 GHz and capacitance is 0.4pF. Current handling of each contactor is 2.5A.
