Designed for use in high-vibration telecommunications and network applications, the CRS spacers are said to eliminate the noise from and movement of electro-mechanical assemblies. These co-extruded, self-retaining spacers feature a soft pliable inner lining with a hard outer shell constructed of UL-rated 94V-0 PVC material. This design is said to require only a minimal amount of manual insertion force to cause the inner lining to conform to the screw. The spacers have an oxygen-rating index of over 45% and are available in lengths from 1.25 to 31.8 mm in 0.127-mm increments. They are compatible with all screw sizes from #4 through #8. Typical pricing is about $26.96 for 1,000 pieces.
