The Model D109 cable stripper is an electrically operated, bench-mounted unit designed for removing thermoplastic-type insulations from flat multi-conductor, ribbon-type cable such as PVC, mylar, Teflon and Kapton. Using an accessory solid table, it is possible to remove insulation from one side of the cable only.
The apparatus features strip lengths of up to 1" (25.4 mm) with a strip position of up to 1.4374" (36 mm) from the cable end. Stripping is adjustable for cables up to 4.25" (108 mm) wide and 0.1875" (5 mm) thick.
