As the 2.5-mm Type AST021 Springcon terminal block ships wire-ready, no special tools are required for preparation. An unique design is said to result in constant contact resistance and automatic adjustment of spring force for each wire size. The block is rated for voltage and current up to 150V and 8A, respectively, and is available in circuit sizes from two to 24 poles. The new, easy-to-use terminal block accepts wire sizes from 20 to 28 AWG and meets UL, CSA and VDE requirements. RIA CONNECT, Tinton Falls, NJ. (888) 722-5625.
