Available in 5.08 mm terminal pitch, the 8801 and 8802 Eurostyle terminal blocks are designed to increase flexibility. At only 10 mm tall, the 8801 style is said to be the lowest profile 5.08 mm pitch terminal block. This allows for tight electronic packaging and is suitable for density-sensitive applications such as industrial sensors. The 8801 style is rated 10A for maximum 16 AWG wires. The 8802 style makes for easy wiring of multiple rows of terminal blocks because its 35° entry can be used when direct access to the front terminal block is blocked by other electronic components. This block is rated 17.5A for 12 AWG wires. Both styles are rated for 300V continuous service and have a continuous operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.
