Other features include a zinc back shell to improve heat dissipation and EMI performance and a bail latch that eases adapter extraction from the SFP EMI cage. Additionally, the adapter supports auto-negotiation, master/slave automatic MDI crossover, and pause flow control over the host SERDES and/or the Category 5 interface. Price is $106.44 each/100.
