Designed to meet the color and brightness requirements of green traffic signals based on U.S. and many worldwide standards, these bluish-green LEDs now give the company all three high-intensity, high-efficiency lamp styles-namely, red, yellow and green-required by OEM manufacturers of traffic signals. The traffic-signal green with 505 nm wavelength provides typical intensities up to 2300 mcds with a 23° viewing angle and 2100 mcds with a 30° viewing angle using a 20 mA drive current.
