Exploiting the company’s CAGE CLAMP spring-pressure connection technology, the 788 series pluggable, DIN-rail-mount relays accommodate push-in connection of solid and ferruled stranded wire without the need for tools. Optionally, all wire types can be connected using a screwdriver. The relays measure 15-mm wide and include a LED/neon lamp for switching status indication. They are capable of terminating wire sizes from 22 to 14 AWG and switching up to 16A at voltages up to 230V. Other features include input voltages of 12, 24, and 110 Vdc or 230 Vac, 4 kV of insulation voltage, and a UL flammability rating of UL94-V0.
