The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) is showcasing its cutting edge facilities and strong growth at Electronica Germany this week in Munich. The authority is highlighting its world-class infrastructure, which includes plug-and-play offices, shovel-ready land space, sufficient power supplies and water capacity for manufacturing and industrial units, and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.
“The German forum comes at an opportune time when some of the international high-tech brands are seriously looking to base their operations within the DSO,” said Adnan Al Bahar, senior director for business development at DSOA. “We believe our participation will result in more joint venture operations in nano- and micro-technology, further consolidating Dubai’s status as a leading regional hub.”
DSO already hosts the German Business Park, a joint venture between the Bin Jabr Group and the DSOA. Inaugurated in May this year by Her Highness Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, UAE Minister for Foreign Trade, the venue is set to host several German technology firms in the near future.
