Designed to meet space and performance needs in low to moderate power telecomm, industrial control and embedded system applications, the MKS75 Series of four enclosed switching power supplies accepts universal inputs of from 85 to 265 Vac, 47 to 440 Hz, and provides single outputs from 5 to 24 Vdc. Designed to deliver 75W of power, the switchers boast of a SMT construction that reduces case size by up to 30% compared to products with similar output power. The models—touted as the smallest of their kind—also feature an integral power-good LED indicator and output adjustment potentiometer. The series operates over an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 60°C without forced cooling or output power derating. All models are designed with over-voltage and short-circuit protection and integral input line filtering. The supplies measure 5''L x 3''W x 1.7''H and include screw terminal input/output connections. Pricing starts at $29 each/OEM quantities. ASTRODYNE, Taunton, MA. (508) 823-8080.
