Heralded as the industryÕs first high-powered ultraviolet (UV) LEDs, the Ultraviolet LED series features typical intensities from 500 mcds to 700 mcds maximum with a typical stable wavelength of 400 nm. Total wavelength ranges from 390 nm to 410 nm. Other features include a 30¡ viewing angle, an operating temperature range of -25¡C to +85¡C, and a resistance to shock and vibrations greater than that of traditional filament lamps. Available in industry standard discrete SMD and through-hole packages including T-1 (3 mm) and T1-3/4 (5 mm) sizes, the LEDs will also be available in the companyÕs proprietary PIX-TEK and MAKO Super Flux packages.
