The LT3745 16-channel LED driver with integrated 55V step-down controller provides dot correction and gray scale dimming, both of which are accessible via a serial interface in TTL/CMOS logic.

The LT3745 16-channel LED driver with integrated 55V step-down controller provides dot correction and gray scale dimming, both of which are accessible via a serial interface in TTL/CMOS logic. Each channel has individual six-bit dot correction current adjustment and 12-bit gray scale PWM dimming. Delivering up to 75 mA for each channel, the device can drive up to 36V worth of LEDs in series. Available in a 40-lead, 6 mm x 6 mm QFN package, pricing for the LT3745EUJ is $4.95 each/1,000. An extended temperature version, the LT3745IUJ, starts at $5.45 each/1,000. LINEAR TECHNOLOGY CORP., Milpitas, CA. (800) 454-6327.
