The WORLD-BEAM family of photoelectric sensors now includes compact Q20 sensors offering a host of sensing modes in rectangular, IP67-sealed housings with an industry-standard 25.4-mm mounting. The Q20 also features an advanced ASIC design for reliable crosstalk avoidance and EMI/RFI immunity. Sensing models and modes include opposed (10m and 15m), polarized (4m) and non-polarized (6m) retro reflective, and diffuse (250m, 800m, and 1,500 mm) models. Sensors feature a visible red sensing beam for ease of alignment or an infrared sensing beam depending on model. All models include LED indicators for 360° visibility of operating status. List price for a Q20 emitter/receiver pair is $95. BANNER ENGINEERING CORP., Minneapolis, MN. (888) 373-6767.
