MagnaChip is ramping up mass production of Global Mixed-mode Technology’s power management IC (PMIC) products utilizing 0.35-?m Bipolar CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process technology.

MagnaChip is ramping up mass production of Global Mixed-mode Technology’s power management IC (PMIC) products utilizing 0.35-mm Bipolar CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process technology. MagnaChip has successfully completed the final qualification of PMIC products while the LED driver products are under development. The PMIC manages multiple power levels for LCD TV and monitor applications.
