The Primus 19" modular chassis line now includes CompactPCI and VME64x models. The chassis have EMC shielding and meet MIL-S-810E shock and vibration specs. Additional EMC shielding can be added on site to meet more stringent requirements. Several versions of the CompactPCI chassis come in horizontal and vertical configurations from 5U, 8-slot horizontal to 11U, 16-slot vertical models with built-in thermal management, warning LEDs, 10-layer backplane construction, and 3.3V or 5V processor operating voltages. The VME64s bus chassis has 64-bit data address widths and meets IEEE 1101.10 enclosure structure standards with 21-slot, 6U monolithic backplane using five-row connectors on the P1 and P2 level permitting installation of three-row connector VME bus cards.
