OD-624L high-output red LEDs exhibit a dominant emission wavelength at 624 nm typical and feature a narrow beam angle
The OD-624L high-output red LEDs exhibit a dominant emission wavelength at 624 nm typical and feature a narrow beam angle suitable for fluorescence in medical, scientific testing instruments, and forensic applications. The LEDs deliver a total power output ranging from 80 mW minimum to 170 mW typical. Under conditions of lF = 350 mA, peak emission wavelength is typically 635 nm and the spectral bandwidth at 50% is 40 nm. Other features include a hermetically-sealed TO-5 can with three leads, continuous forward current of 500 mA, reverse voltage of 10V, and an operating temperatures range from -55°C to +100°C. Price is $10.25 each/100.Opto Diode Corp., Newbury Park, CA. (805) 499-0335.
