The HETP series thermally managed ac solid-state relays are capable of delivering three-phase SCR outputs up to 100A per phase, at 1,600V. An optical isolation feature ensures complete protection of the relays' circuit control elements from transients in the load. The company's proprietary fused copper solid-state relay construction process is claimed to offer superior thermal management capability, resulting in excellent performance, quality and reliability.
Features include integral thermal cut-off, control status LED, SCR output for high dv/dt, current and voltage, ac or dc inputs, zero-crossed and random turn-on versions, a constant-current input that is said to minimize source current requirements, and output status monitoring features are available as an option. Typical applications include interfacing microprocessor control to ac loads. Pricing starts at $210 each/500 with delivery from stock to within 12 weeks.
