A new panel-mount round rocker switch has been designed in illuminated and non-illuminated versions. Both the RR3130 and RR3112 switches are suited for a variety of applications such as appliances, lamps, computers and other consumer electronic devices. Ergonomically designed, this switch boasts an electrical life of 6,000 cycles at maximum load. Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to +65°C. The RR3130 is rated at 10A at 125 Vac and 6A at 250 Vac, with a maximum contact resistance of 0.05?. This version is non-illuminated, with silver-plated solder lugs, and comes in the following variations: SPST, On-Off; DPDT, On-On; and SPDT, On-On. The switch requires an 18.2 mm mounting hole with a keyed slot. It mounts with a plastic nut and can accommodate panels up to 6 mm thick. The RR3112 is rated at 16A at 125 Vac and 10A at 250 Vac, with the same maximum contact resistance as the RR3130. The RR3112 comes in both illuminated and non-illuminated versions. The non-illuminated version comes in: SPST, On-Off; SPDT, On-On; or SPDT, On-Off-On. Two LED illuminated versions include: an SPST, On-Off; and an SPST, On-Off with the LED wired separately.
