Featuring the same rugged, sealed construction as the company's P3 and P5 series push-button switches, the LP3 and LP5 series snap-action, push-button switches add the benefit of LED illumination. Watertight as per IP68 and dusttight to MIL-S-8805, both series are designed for off-highway, material handling, industrial controls, marine, medical and commercial applications.
The LED accommodates 2-, 6-, 12- and 24-Vdc power and includes reverse-voltage protection. Contact resistance is stated as less than 25 milliohms.
Other features include tall, dome-style buttons in translucent white, red and amber that permit sublimated and pad-printed legends and standard silver-plated and quick-disconnect terminal options.
